Shat karm: The teachings of the Six-karmas were given by saints to their pupils to initiate them into the purification of the body and beginning of Rajyayog (higher life). These activities rejuvenate the human body and make it disease free, endow longer, healthy, strong and radiant life. In Niramayam shat karm activities are conducted under the supervision of able, experienced yog/shat karm instructures.

Jal Neti

This activity is very fruitful to cure incurable disease like choronic rhinitis, bronchitis & coryza etc. Thin rope made of cotton threads or catheter is used to clean up nostrils and throat resulting ENT problems removed.

Sutra Neti

Shankha Prakshalan

There is hardly any disease including stomach problems, obesity, piles, hypertension, diabetes, and diseases related to tissue elements, which cannot be benefited by undertaking this activity.

Shankha Dhouti

The shape of our intestines is like a conch shell. Purification of the conch shell shaped intestine is called sankha purification or varisar action. This process is capable of curing very serious and chronic disease.

Trataka

Incurable diseases like eye disorders, less concentration, insomnia and epilepsy are successfully treated by this activity of Shat-karma. Gaze/concentration is advised on a diya of desi ghee or a candle fitted on a stand, which is in turn, helpful in eardicating concerned diseases from our body.

Yog-Nindra

It is quite useful in treatment of incurable diseases like hypertension, C.A.D., insomnia & other mental disorders. Healthy mind is prelude for a healthy body. Synchronizing of body, mind & spirit in the process of Yog-nidra, helps curing fatal diseases.
